• All orders are accepted subject to our
standard delivery terms.
• Orders are acknowledged via fax within 24 hours. Acknowledgements are to
be read carefully and all changes and/or corrections must be confirmed in
writing.
• Production commences within 24 hours of receipt of complete order
(including item number, description, quantity, color, ship date, in hands
date, ship to address, method of shipment) approved artwork (if required),
and approval of credit.
• Standard production time is 7-10 business days for all catalog
quantities.
• 3 Day Service available on most catalog items and quantities.
• All orders using 3 Day Service will ship within 3 business days of order
approval and artwork.
• All 3 Day Service orders are subject to a charge of $ 70.00 (g).
• For all orders in excess of end column quantities, a faxed paper proof
will be
provided at no charge. All other requested paper proofs will be $ 12.00
(g) Allow 2 business days for paper proofs.
• Pre production samples are available. For items requiring a
silk-screened imprint, there will be a charge of $ 40.00 (g). All laser
engraved items will be charged at $ 50.00 (g). All pre production items
will be charged at end column pricing.
• Production time for orders requiring a paper proof or pre production
sample, will commence on receipt of written approval of proof or sample.
Verbal approval is not accepted.
• All art, typesetting, or layout errors discovered after receipt of
written approval by customer, will be the responsibility of customer.
• For all screen printed items, the catalog prices include 1 color/1
location imprint subject to the maximum imprint area as stated in the
product description. For larger imprint areas (where possible), additional
charges may apply. Please call for details.
• For all screen printed items the set-up charge is $ 40.00(g). For
additional colors/locations, please add $ 40.00(g) per color/location,
plus an additional run charge of $ 0.50 (g) per color/location.
• For repeat orders requiring silk-screening, there will be a re-set up
charge of $28.00 (g)
• PMS match will be $ 40.00(g) per color. PMS matching cannot be
guaranteed on dark colored items or stainless steel.
• For items requiring laser engraving, (see catalog for products), please
add a set- up charge of $ 50.00(g) per location. For additional
logo/location please add an run charge of $ 0.90 (g) per logo/location.
• Any changes to an order once production has commenced, will incur
charges for work done to that point.
• All cancellations are required to be in writing and will incur a
cancellation charge of $60.00(g).
• For split shipments, there will be an additional charge of $ 8.00 (g)
per additional location. All split shipment addresses are to be submitted
no later than 3 days prior to scheduled shipment date.
• Blank merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order
and will be billed at end quantity pricing.
• Over/under-runs may be calculated at plus or minus 5%. All overruns will
be billed at catalog pricing.
• For exact quantities, please add $ 40.00 (g).
• Handling charges will be billed at $ 2.50 (g) per box.
• All returns must be authorized by Promogro and have a return
authorization number.
• All claims are to be submitted in writing, within 30 days of receipt of
the merchandise.
• All samples will be billed at end column pricing and will be shipped via
UPS/FedEx
ground service unless otherwise requested.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All shipping will be FOB Dallas, Texas and merchandise will be shipped
via UPS/FedEx ground service, unless an alternative method of shipment is
requested.
